Cancellations within 24 hrs of your appointment will be charged at the $100 rate.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Insurance is not accepted, however, a Suberbill will be provided on request to submit to your insurance.

Please note these rates are cash/check/credit card discount at time of service.  All others are billed at $140.00 per hour.
